Bloomsbury Fountain Update - 6/30/25

Carolina Arbors Residents,
In our most recent community report, we shared that the Bloomsbury fountain was scheduled for installation by the end of last week. However, as you may have noticed, the fountain has not yet been installed due to an unforeseen shipping issue.
The vendor informed us that the new fountain was damaged during delivery, necessitating a reorder. As a result, the project has been delayed by approximately one week.
In preparation for removing the old fountain, the vendor lowered the stormwater retention pond’s water levels. Unfortunately, this action was taken without prior notice to management.
The new fountain is now expected to be installed by Wednesday, July 2. Please note that the fountain is capable of operating at the current water levels, and the water will naturally replenish with rainfall in the interim.
