Do you have a question for the new HOA Board Candidates?

Your Election Task Force (ETF) invites you to submit questions for candidates who seek election to the HOA Board of Directors. Each year, questions received by the ETF are reviewed, with selected questions sent, weekly for four weeks, to the candidates. The candidates, in turn, will respond in writing to the ETF which will post the Q&As for the community’s information. Since we are a community of over 2,000 people, like questions will be combined to ensure the total of eight questions will cover a broad range of issues.

While it is anticipated that questions will deal with issues of current community interest, we ask that you also consider questions on a forward-looking basis (e.g., services that might be required as the community continues to age, visions for future directions of the community, etc.). 


In formulating your questions, please be specific. Include examples if necessary to clarify rather than using general terms like “transparency,” which can mean different things to different people.


Questions may be submitted to the ETF immediately and throughout the month of September.  Questions will go the candidates once the Nomination period closes on September 22 to mid October.
